“Purpose” invites modern individuals to reflect on what "pause" means in their lives. One actor and four dancers lead the audience into moments of "pause" through dynamic and diverse movements, utillizing street dance, contemporary dance, and parkour.
As a site-specific work, it adapts to each space, with choreography that evolves to suit different enviroments. The performers’ interaction with their surroundings shifts with each location. This allows the work to be constantly presented in new forms and offers a fresh perspective on public spaces and our everyday lives.

what purpose do the large and small things serve that impede the flow of water?
Humans move on with a purpose.
If it's the same with stopping, why don't you stop for a while?
There must be things we haven't seen
in the familiar spaces and repeated time."
